What about Lassa fever in Nigeria with over 100 deaths, or Yellow fever in Brazil with similar figures.

This was put together based on the magnitude of case numbers throughout 2017, but both Lassa and Yellow fever were both also considerable outbreaks. Do you think in future this should be based on mortalities, as opposed to cases?
